Mr. Philippe LAPEGUE is hired by CELHAY Transport in Hendaye as a transport operator.
1980
Philippe LAPEGUE leaves CELHAY Transport and buys DUHART Transport in Biarritz. He subsequently hires staff and the LAPEGUE Transport company moves to Hendaye, taking up offices in the former bus station.
1990
Philippe LAPEGUE takes possession of 15% of the capital of TRANSET France, a container transport company.
1994
Philippe LAPEGUE buys CHERENCQ Transport to avoid filing for bankruptcy.
1995
SALLABERY Transport, joins forces with LAPEGUE Transport to ensure the logistics of NEUHAUS S.A., manufacturers of road and highway signs in Behobie. Creation of L.S. Logistics.
1996
The company becomes a member of the ASTRE transport group, having been audited by its founders (in compliance with the quality charter, economic charter). ASTRE creates a sales office for oversized goods.
1998
The company invests 2 million euros in the development of offices, docks and workshops on a 20,000 m2 site and 5,000 m2 of buildings in Hendaye.
1999
Philippe LAPEGUE becomes president of the transport unions of the Basque Country.
2000
Philippe LAPEGUE buys RESANO Transport (75 vehicles and 100 employees) located in Soustons and specialised in full and national transport. He entrusts the management of the company to Menno VAN BEURDEN.
2004
Philippe LAPEGUE and Menno VAN BEURDEN jointly take over ELEGNA Transport from 40-Labatut (33 vehicles and 40 employees). At the same time CHERENCQ is taken over by LAPEGUE. Holding FILAP is created and receives all the shares of Philippe LAPEGUE.
2005
ELEGNA closes for economic reasons. Seven vehicles are assigned to LAPEGUE Transport, whose fleet increases to 37 vehicles, and the rest to RESANO.
Mr. Éric AMESLAND joins the LAPEGUE team.
2006
Two additional positions are created in the operations department and one commercial position.
2007
The number of vehicles increases to 41 tractor units.
2009
Philippe LAPEGUE buys CHERENCQ Transport to avoid bankruptcy.
2012
Holding FILAP buys Philippe Cazaubon Transport in 40 Saint-Perdon.

Nouvelle Resano is sold.

LAPEGUE Transport voluntarily commits to an approach to reduce CO2 emissions from its road freight transport activities.

Reduction of the fleet to 23 tractor-trailers, due to the PANDEMIC.

LAPEGUE Transport signs a deal with RENAULT TRUCKS for the purchase of two B100 alternative fuel trucks.
Installation of a BIODIESEL Oleo 100 tank to supply trucks.
